Overview
Metal disc packs transmit torque and accommodate shaft misalignment. Suitable applications include pump drives, fans and other rotating equipment.
Design features
The shafts are flexibly connected by metal disc packs, which require no lubrication. A spacer arrangement facilitates maintenance.

The drawings show the coupling construction and dimension symbols. Refer to the corresponding size in the table for numerical values.
Technical specifications and main dimensions
Select Type T or Type D using the corresponding drawing and distance between shaft ends. Data for one type must not be applied directly to the other.
Ordering information
Specify the equipment type, transmitted power, operating speed, load characteristics, diameters and lengths of both shaft ends, distance between shaft ends and available installation space. State any requirements for brakes, dynamic balancing or special flexible elements separately.
