Overview
For the ends of the two mains in a 10 MPa electric end-of-line dual-line grease system. The assembly converts differential pressure to an electrical changeover signal. The valve and limit switch share a base. Supply pressure enters one piston chamber while the other unloads; at a difference of 3.5-4.5 MPa, the piston overcomes its spring and closes the switch contact. Reversing the mains reverses the movement.
Selection and operation
Connect a distributor downstream of the valve to renew the grease inside it. Allow access for inspection of the switch.
