Overview
For single- or dual-line centralized oil/grease systems with frequent lubrication, long pipes and concentrated points. A trolley, hose, grease gun and cable can form a mobile unit for individual machines with few points, infrequent lubrication and large doses. The high-pressure piston pump permits pressure adjustment within its nominal rating and has two overload-protection provisions. The reservoir has an automatic level alarm; a control box enables automatic dual-line operation and monitoring. Nominal pressure is 40 MPa. Use NLGI 0-3 grease with penetration at least 220 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g, or oil above viscosity grade N68.
Selection and operation
Use grease with a penetration of at least 220 (0.1 mm), or oil with a viscosity grade above N68. Check the reservoir capacity and motor for the selected model.
